With deep experience in strategic planning, P&L leadership, M&A, and executive team development, David leads digital transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments. He also brings board and advisory experience, including within DoD FOCI-mitigated organizations, supporting national security missions.

Jonathan Garber has more than 40 years of experience designing and scaling first-of-their-kind hardware and software systems. He co-founded Connectix, where he developed the first webcam (QuickCam) and early virtualization technologies later acquired by Logitech, Microsoft, Apple, and Sony. As Founder and CTO of Spin Storage Systems, he leads system architecture for kinetic energy storage platforms.

André Adams

André Adams is a senior mechanical engineer and product design lead with deep experience taking complex hardware systems from concept to production. He has led fast-paced design cycles across advanced optics, energy storage, robotics, and consumer hardware, with hands-on expertise in rapid prototyping, precision manufacturing, and system-level trade studies. Previously at Meta and multiple venture-backed startups, André is known for moving quickly through ambiguity while balancing performance, manufacturability, and user experience.

Andrew Harlan Weisberg - Physicist and Applied Energy Systems

Andrew Harlan Weisberg, PhD

Dr. Andrew Weisberg is an applied physicist with over 30 years at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and extensive experience in aerospace, robotics, hydrogen storage, and advanced energy systems. A Hertz Fellow and DOE Distinguished Scientist, he led the development of lightweight pressure vessels, hydrogen energy storage systems, and propulsion technologies, including record-setting hydrogen tanks. His work spans theoretical analysis, experimental validation, and deployment, with numerous patents and peer-reviewed publications.
